Choose “PICK UP IN STORE” (if available) before adding a style to your cart and checking out on coach.com.
You’ll receive an email when your order is ready. Once you do, please pick it up within 72 hours, bringing your ID and original form of payment. We’ll even hand it to you outside the store if you call to schedule it in advance.
